This intensive three week course combines our popular Monitoring and Evaluation for Results course with our Leadership and Management in Development course. After covering in detail core monitoring and evaluation skills in the first two weeks, the third week builds on these to give you the practical tools you need to lead change, make critical decisions, and manage the people you work with effectively. After the course you will have a clear plan of how to apply what you have learnt directly to your workplace and be equipped to be successful in your career.
Through a mix of practical activities, examples of effective practice and coaching you will learn how to:
